Price

Breakfast is included in the price. We provide fresh ingredients so you can easily prepare breakfast in your own kitchen.

Check-in

You can check in from 3:00 PM. Could you let us know what time you’ll arrive?  We always appreciate having contact on the day of arrival. If you’d like to come a little earlier to explore the area, you’re very welcome. Just send us a WhatsApp message at +31 6 12 55 90 98 or send us an email.

Check-out

Check-out is at 10:00 AM from Monday to Saturday and at 11:00 AM on Sunday. If you’d like to go for a walk, bike ride, or kayak trip in the area on your departure day, that’s no problem. You can leave your car with us, there’s plenty of parking space.

Cancellation Policy
You can cancel free of charge up to two weeks before your arrival date. After that, we will charge a percentage of the total amount:

• Up to 14 days before arrival: 10% of the total amount
• Up to 7 days before arrival: 25% of the total amount
• Within 3 days before arrival: 100% of the total amount

We recommend that you take out your own cancellation insurance.

Other Rules

• No smoking anywhere in the accommodation.
• In case of excessive alcohol consumption, we will ask you to leave the B&B immediately.
• If drugs are used, we will ask you to leave the B&B immediately.
• Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
• No open flames anywhere in the accommodation; we provide battery-operated candles.
• Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. During this time, we respect our other guests and neighbors.
